Breathe It is a mobile application that provides guided breathing exercises with audio voice cues, visual animations, and haptic feedback. The App is designed to support general wellness and is not a medical device.
The App is intended for general wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any breathing exercise program, particularly if you have a respiratory condition, cardiovascular condition, are pregnant, or have any other health concerns.
If you experience dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pain, or any discomfort while using the App, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
The App offers a free tier with 3 exercises and a premium tier with 11 exercises and additional features. Premium access is available through in-app purchases managed by Apple's App Store.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App or its content.
All content in the App, including but not limited to audio recordings, visual designs, animations, code, and text, is the property of Breathe It and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breathe It and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
